Enthusiastic knowledgeable staff Manager Jim was great with offering various options which ultimately lead to us buying from Dreams

The sales advisor was very helpful not pushy and explained everything about the mattresses she put us on the measuring bed first to show us what mattress we needed then allowed us to take our time to try several of them until we were happy with our choice Many thanks to Angelika from Dreams in Basingstoke for all her help

Carl was very helpful, spent time understanding our needs and budget.

Karen helped us on our recent visit, she was very attentive and listen to what we said. She told us that she had only started a few weeks before however this didn’t show in the customer service we received, her knowledge base for the product we were shown was excellent and all our questions were answered. She even recommend the bed frame we brought. There was some difficulty in sorting out BNPL however, Jim and Carl were both really good with giving Karen the support she needed (it was the first BNPL for Karen) and although the transaction took a little longer than expected I can honestly say that the guys at Dreams Basingstoke really made us feel welcome and we were all having a good laugh. Highly recommend. 2 very satisfied customers.

Nice and clean store with friendly staff. Nice variety of products, more than I expected. The staff approached us and were friendly, making sure we were looked after and explained the differences in the products offered, and in general - types of mattress and their pros and cons.

the colour coding of mattresses was explained and assisted our selection. also the chance to lay on a mattress helped. there was no pressure from the sales team even though the range was quite extensive and only helped when asked. our local dreams is certainly staffed by a professional team

on entry to the store, i was greeted, asked if i needed any help and offered tea or coffee. i was advised on the price ranges, there was no pressure to purchase at the expensive end of the product range
