Dreams - Basingstoke

Sammy, the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. Due to a loft conversion, we have difficulty with headboard height - Sammy took loads of time to show us alternative ottoman type beds, explained the pro's and con's, she also moved headboards from bed to bed so we could view the combinations and measured heights to ensure we got the correct fit.

The two ladies who were working that evening where very helpful and made us feel very comfortable with the whole buying experience. Offered us coffee whilst sorting out the paperwork and payment. Even though it was Friday night and the store was ready to close we didnt feel rushed. Very professional but friendly and we were all making jokes. Angelika was the lovely lady who sold us the bed but her colleague (sorry didnt catch her name...she might be the manager?) was also very helpful and lovely.

We found the store manager Andrew at your Basingstoke store very knowledgable about all your products and extremely helpful.

We went in to the store clueless as to what type of mattress we needed and our Dreams Assistant 'Sammy' was an absolute gem. She listened to what it was we wanted and helped to guide us to the most suitable mattresses. She was spot on with what it was that we needed just from us describing it to her-we didn't know ourselves! She instantly narrowed down our search, saving us stress and time while shopping with a six year old. Then once we had a couple of mattresses in mind she quietly left us to it so that we could relax and talk without feeling any pressure. When we needed assistance there was always someone 'there' but never noticeably which really confirmed that Dreams was the place we felt comfortable to buy from. So much so that Sammy also showed us the range of bedframes available in the superking size and we went for it feeling confident in our purchaces. Excellent showroom, clean, tidy, polite and genuine staff. Thank you

The showroom (Basingstoke) was a nice clean, relaxed and calm environment. There was a massive amount of space and a huge choice of beds to try out. The staff encourage you to try the products and the beds and mattresses on display were clean, built well and looked like quality products.

Friendly lady who was relatively new at the job. She did request help from the manager who managed to arrange the finance after a while . Happy with the service
