The products on display gave us a good feeling that what we purchased was what we wanted. The quality of the purchase was excellent and Angelika was very helpful and courteous. The overall purchase experience was pleasant and unhurried.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and allowed us to browse without intruding. They offered assistance at an appropriate time and were very helpful in arranging the delivery of our purchase. The store was clean and inviting.

Sales assistant (Amber) introduced herself shortly after we entered the store asking if we needed help. After explaining the reason for our visit she was able to suggest an alternative product which we hadn't considered and which turned out for the better. Store manager was also helpful in demonstrating how the 6ft Ambience mattress actually folded which enabled ease of access to upstairs. Amber's knowledge of the store products seemed thorough and gave us confidence to purchase. She was never pushy throughout our visit, just genuinely wanted us to make the right purchase for us and our needs. We were able to choose a Saturday for delivery which meant not having to have time off work.

The sales assistant Andrew was absolutely excellent. His help and information of the products was outstanding which insured I got exactly what I was looking. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you

We were served very quickly, everything was done to help us, the tempur mattresses were changed around so we could try the different types, and the different pillows as well. Very pleased indeed.

Spending almost £3.5k, I had to make sure every choice was correct. Andy helped me choose the right bed, the right mattess and pillows. and was very patient when I tried almost every mattess in the store! I couldn't have asked for more! Cheers Andy!

Assistant was very helpful without being pushy and made us feel very welcome and understood our needs in terms of price and product needed - her name was Angelika
