The survive that was provided was very informative and clear and was an easy process to purchase my new bed.

We found the lady Angelica who dealt with us to be very knowledgeable and helpful she had a very pleasant disposition and didn't put us under any pressure to buy.

we visited about a month ago and were looked after by Andrew the manager, but at the time were not ready to order. he was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. today we were ready to order, but in Southampton, so visited your store there. The difference was staggering ! We looked at the bed we wanted, were followed round by a salesman who didn't have answers to some questions, so we left and made the decision to drive all the way back to Basingstoke ( about 20 miles away from our home) just to place the order with them. We were met by Rhyse who was also friendly and helpful and took the order helping with all the questions we had. We also spoke again to Andrew, who remembered us ( or politely said he did !) and we left the store with a new complete bed, new pillows as offered by Rhyse, and delivery/assembly also paid for. We will highly recommend the Basingstoke branch to anyone in the future. A credit to your group. Thank you

Sarah was very helpful and knowledgable

The assistant Sarah spent time explaining the different products and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision.I did not make a decision on my first visit and returned to the store a few days later. I felt very comfortable with the experience.

From entering the store to leaving took about 20 minutes. Sarah the sales assistant was friendly, knowledgable and answered all our questions.

Angelika and the rest of the staff were great we were well cared for and were made to feel important although we really aren't! It wa sa lovely experience and the whole team was great and very helpful and informative.
