Dreams - Basingstoke

Amber was a delight to deal with. She patiently explained everything, showing good humour and quickly understanding how to handle the father / daughter combination she was faced with. I don't like shopping at all, but she made it a pleasure!

Angelika was very knowledgeable about her products and very helpful, patient and polite.

the store was quite busy but someone came over to us And said that they would make sure the next available member of staff would come and help us. We were offered a coffee whilst we waited.

The service was excellent, very relaxed sales techniques (enjoyed having a cup of tea), liked that I could try out the beds with a pillow and had time to make a decision, was guided through the different beds and sales assistant (Sammy) really took the time to understand my needs.

The member of staff was so friendly, helpful and not pushy making us feel relaxed while we decided what products we would like. The shop was well laid out and you could browse & try out the products much better than looking through a catalogue.

My mum is really hard to please, the lady...'Angelika' spent a few hours showing and explaining the beds in the store to us! She went above and beyond in her professional role as a sales assistant, to make my mother and myself comfortable in the products we perchased today.

The overall service received by Sammy was excellent. She took the time to help us with choosing the right Tempur mattress and her knowledge helped us make a confident decision

Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed we bought. We were satisfied that we could try various beds out and we were given plenty of time to ask various questions and make a decision. Sarah also explained about the various types of pillows available. It is the first time we have been to Dreams and we found the experience very relaxing as Sarah was not pushy and you don't like to be rushed when you are spending this amount of money.
