Sarah Lee at the Basingstoke store was very helpful friendly and professional and made our visit hassle free and very easy

I was extremely impressed with customer service, both Sarah and Andrew gave us. They listened and gave helpful advice. Their knowledgable information swayed us on buying a bed from Dreams instead of Bensons Beds. The complete professional team, I learned that Sarah will be leaving the company. What a pity! Angelica and Andy had great product knowledge and helped us make I formed decisions as to which bed/ matress would be suitable for us we were not rushed and they took their time to listen to our needs and answered all our questions .

The experience as a whole was a joy and the staff were very respectful of what I was looking. Sarah was particularly energetic in discussing the products on offer and even took time to offer me tea and biscuits! It felt like an invite to the Mad Hatters tea party, it was excellent! (Hang about for more references to films). The service I received is very rare in retail and I am amazed to see staff take such pride in maintaining and expressing precise product knowledge. Our order was handled with the up-most professionalism and the price paid for the bed was fantastic. If it wasn't for the fantastic salesmanship of your team I may have saved more money as they then proceeded to hook my misses in for more duvets and pillows (genius on your part I may say so myself!). So it is fair to say, that in reference to a final film as promised, and as it is 'The in thing' at the moment. I will be back! The sales assistant did not hassle us, she explained all the various beds that were available and the n left us to browse until we were ready to proceed with our purchase.she understood our needs and explained every step of our purchase. She made sure we were happy with the cost of our purchase and offered us several options for a headboard. In all she was great.
