Sales assistantant Angelica very quickly understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction, she did not rush us and we did not feel pressurised to make a decision. We made time to try out all the possibilities etc. we were very satisfied with our experience and every one was helpful when making our purchase and we are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed.

Although assistant busy preparing new products ,she stopped doing what she was doing and came to assist us. Listen to our needs and encouraged me to try out various mattress.

We walked in, we're greeted by Amber. We had no idea what we wanted and we came out satisfied.

All our enquiries were met and we were helped by staff when needed. Staff were available when needed and welcomed us to the store but didn't hover uncomfortably until we needed assistance which is a pet hate of mine.

The whole experience was brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff that are very efficient in processing orders which is important to us as we have a child. They were very accommodating in every way and we were very impressed with the service

The member of staff was extremely experienced and patient. She explained the various different types of mattresses and listen to what it was that I was looking for.

I was served by Angelika and she helped me as soon as I entered the store. She was patient with me deciding on which bed and she also went and got me a pillow to try with the bed (which I ended up purchasing aswell as it was lovely) she was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect bed!

Sarah helped us, and the young girl had been on her feet all day and hadn't had any lunch. She didn't complain, but got a little wobbly and that's how we found out. Turns out none of them had, but their service was top notch and no complaints here.

The person dealing with us was very sufficient she knew the products and was straight to the point exactly what you need when you want a quick buy
