The sales assistant, Sammy, was very helpfull and obviously enjoyed her job. The manager, Andrew, was always available.

Our sales asst Sammy was very friendly and knowledgable. Listened to our needs and directed us towards styles that would suit. We were very pleased with the military discount which got us through the door after which the support from Sammy helped us choose the best bed for us.

Staff very knowledgable. Products were of high standard. There was a sale on! We purchased all the items we needed and were not pressured into purchsing items we did not require.

Friendly and bubbly assistant. She gave us enough time to look at and try out the beds on our own without her watching over us which definitely helped me to decide. She focused me on finding the most comfortable bed rather than worrying about the material or type of springs etc. Lovely cup of tea too!

Our family has made numerous purchases from the Basingstoke store and we have always been "Highly Satisfied" with every visit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sammy has always greeted us with a smile and has always made us feel very welcome. She has spent a lot of time helping us choose the right furniture wether it be TV beds or a chest of drawers or mattresses, her knowledge has been extensive and extremely helpful. We would and have recommended this store to numerous friends and family members and we have always suggested they see Sammy.

My wife and I were greeted straight away on entering the shop by a girl called Samantha or Sammy as she prefered. She greated us with a smile and a cheery attitude. She asked all the right questions and listened to our answers, then recommended several beds pointing out those in the sale as well as those that were not, making no assumption of what we could afford or not afford, pointing out the benefits of each product. I told her after a while that we were going next door to look and she said confidently "OK I will see you when you come back". I did , after a cup of coffee, some more testing and questions, I decided to buy. Mostly based on her service as well as the great price and what I hope will be a great product too. I was pleased to meet somone who acted as if they were happy to be there and serve me, a breath of fresh air!!! I hate shopping but Sammy made it a brease for me. Thank you Sammy.
