The staff at Basingstoke were very helpful with finding the right bed for me.

Staff were polite and friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't fault the service.

Amber the assistant was very knowledgeable about the product.And understood what i was looking for. And recommended the right mattress protector for my needs to go with the mattress that i had brought.Amber also offer me a cup of tea with was a nice touch to my experience at dreams.thank you Amber for all your help outstanding services.

Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable

Angelika saw us walk in the store and did not immediately approach us, which made me feel extremely comfortable, she let us wonder around and then when she saw us look up for help there was immediate eye contact which was fantastic customer service. She helped us choose between beds and even got us pillows to find us the perfect match! She listened to us and helped us find the best bed for us! Even helped us in choosing a head board and after experiencing awful customer service a couple of years ago at another bed shop this was such a pleasant experience! The shop was clean and tidy and everything was well presented.

We were not pushed to buy something we didn't need and guided to the products that we desired. A smooth and easy transaction with product knowledge to match.

The colleague who assisted us with our purchase was brilliant, she had a lot of patience and helped us with our decision on what to buy. Very very helpful staff in this store.
