Dreams - Basingstoke

Karen was very helpfully understanding our requirements and made a special attempt to entertain our 3 year old daughter so that we could look properly.

The girl, Leah, in the Basingstoke Dreams was absolutely brilliant! She had an amazing balance of selling and rapport building. She let us take our time to make each and every decision, providing all the information and different suggestions. I am a manager over a retail store and I was impressed! Would definitely shop from her again

Angelica served us, she was polite, helpful offered us tea or coffee or biscuits. Asked if we needed any help, what we was looking for the went through the differences between the two bed we was looking at then she made our minds up.. can't wait for it to be delivered.

Having read the reviews we were ready to combat hard sale techniques! This did not occur and the lady, Angelika, couldn’t have been more helpful. Our first choice made by searching online was too long for the room so a minefield of choice. The mattress choosing machine was perfect for this. We were not pushed for any decision and any objections made led to a selection that Met our needs better. In the end we chose a bed that was twice as expensive as originally decided merely by being given a choice across all price ranges. Dreams was chosen as the old bed could be recycled at the same time as the new one delivered. Overall a painless and seamless visit to the store.

Upon arrival was offered a drink, a nice cup of tea helped with the friendly but efficient approach of service. Technology was available to help identify our ideal mattress type. This provided us a list whereby we could try out various mattresses on site. Little differences are noticable and decisions changed we went through the payment transaction and an amicable delivery date agreed.

We were given good sound advice each time we visited at never felt pressured to make a purchase All the staff were helpful a5 all times

The assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The equipment which gives detailed assistance is selecting the right mattress for us was excellent and expertly operated by the assistant. The time scale for delivery was very good.
