Highly satisfied. The advisor not only explained the types of beds ,but explained the extras available. She answered all my questions about matters relating to delivery ,removing old and others I raised because my wife and I are in our eighties She made sure we tried the beds in a safe manner

We were greeted by Amber as soon as we entered the store with a big smile and asked if she could help us, we told her we were looking for a mattress, asked what type, we said a pockeded spring mattress we were shown and allowed to try several makes and types with a description of the type we then chose the one we wanted no hurry-no hassle-no fuss!!!

The sales team Amber and Andrew were fantastic! We left the store originally to go and think about it but went back to complete the sale based on ambers fantastic customer service. She's a credit to your company, she wasn't pushy, she knew her products and even though we took a long time to decide she smiled and was pleasant the whole time. We would certainly return to this store if we needed anything else.
