Well the assistant Sammy was very helpful, tea and coffee,explained and answered all questions. We only went to look at items purchased but ended up buying them. The best idea is the offer of coffee and tea as it keeps you in the store whilst drinking it. First class service😀

Friendly but not pushy. Understood exactly what I needed and wasn't offended when I said the choice of headboards was pretty poor!

There was a wide choice of products available in the store, along with friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff on hand, who did not hesitate to assist us in making our choice of which type and style of bed to purchase. We were particularly grateful for the help we received in choosing the quality of divan bed, especially the type of mattress that completely suited our comfort aswell as budget.

Sammy was extremely knowledgable about all products, very willing and amenable. We initially had a budget of £1500 but spent £3000, I would put this down to Sammy understanding our exact needs and giving us an understanding of the benefits of our purchase, great salesmanship!

The manager and sales assistant were excellent in dealing with all our questions about the products we enquired about. In addition they were very helpful to us in choosing our products.

From walking through the door of the store, we didnt feel pressurised or pushed into making our decision to purchase a bed. The assistant was nearby without being intrusive when we required assistance,it was to hand.

Everyone was really helpful but also gave us space to look around and decide which beds would best suit our needs. They also made us a cup of coffee which I thought was a lovely gesture. We purchased two beds and was thankful for the help in deciding which mattress to choose. Very relaxed and no pressure to purchase. We are now awaiting the arrival of our beds.

The store was well laid out and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was only a quick shopping session and I was not put under any pressure to look at other items, I knew what I wanted and Amber was very efficient in sorting me out. Thanks

Nigel greated us as soon as we arrived in store and was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. He was able to help both husband and wife find a mattress that suited them both

We were quickly attended by a sales assistant. She was knowledgeable and quickly found out our requirements and price bracket. She directed us to what we think will be the perfect bed for us.
