We were greeted as we entered the store. Information was provided on the products and explained well.

Angelika was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the Basingstoke store

The assistant 'Carl' was very helpful and pointed out all the relevant information we required without being overbearing or pushy. He was able to answer all our queries.

We were welcomed into the store and were assister by Amber who was very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us the products we may be interested in and also gave us all the different options available to us. She was also very knowledgeable about the different products which helped us find the right product. Overall a lovely experience!

Angelika knew exactly what we were looking for and after trying two beds we were satisfied.

We were served by Amber who had an excellent knowledge of all the products. She guided us through what would be suitable for our needs and allowed us to try out beds with a range of pillows etc. Amber was extremely helpful and would definitely recommend her.

My husband and I received a warm welcome on approaching the showroom. The sales advisor who helped us was very knowledgeable and also spent time helping us make the right choice. We were offered a cup of coffee while we thought about our purchase. Whilst we were waiting we were approached by another sales advisor with a genuine smile who asked if she could help us. A very refreshing shopping experience. Keep up the good work Basingstoke Dreams.

The colleague was particularly helpful. However there appeared to be only one card machine. We were offered a coffee while we were waiting. Good coffee, shame about the delay.

Angelika, our sales assistant could not have been more helpful. She was patient, friendly and really knowledgeable about the beds, understanding our needs. She was fantastic with the kids who were a bit excitable at the time. She made the experience genuinely enjoyable. A credit to your company and leading example of excellent customer service.
