Dreams - Basingstoke

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and Carl the assistant was very patient with me whilst I was trying to find the right mattress. I also wanted a child's bed and some pillows and he helped me to purchase the right products. He also went through some items and information on the website which helped with getting the right measurements. Its was great to have a coffee too and feel like I wasn't being rushed into decision making. Thank you for a great servie!

Very relaxed and informative sales person, she didn't rush us and helped us through out the process, also the kids were entertained and made to feel welcome whilst we looked around.

I had great pleasure of being served by a guy called Carl, he was so understanding in helping me make the right choice in buying exactly what I was after in a bed. I had currently been to another store (mention no names) and found that the person I spoke to there fed me far to much sales talk, trying to convince me on buying something I didn't want. So I was so pleased when I got to dreams, talked to Carl and got exactly the bed I wanted.....WELL DONE DREAMS

We arrived at 1915 and the store was supposed to close at 2000. Carl and Andrew helped us with our purchases until 2115!! They were happy to stay until we had got it all sorted and were knowledgeable and patient.

Carl was great. Took time to explain the different technologies on offer for pillows and allowed me try them out on a bed. His colleague Andrew was also available. Great team.

We have bought things at the Basingstoke store several times and and always left the shop feeling pleased and well-attended. A gentleman named Carl, who had only been there a week, served us and was extremely helpful and kind, with a good sense of humour, but not obsequious. (NB I am annoyed that the word humour has been highlighted here - please put your system onto ENGLISH and not US English.)

Angelika in Basingstoke really looked after us and advised on what would really suit our needs without any pressure or bias towards other products. As in she never once tried to encourage us to a more expensive product and also helped us get a great deal.

Sammy the sales assistant was wonderful. She listened to our needs & recommended the bed we purchased but prior to that we were offered tea or coffee. She said that we needed to try laying on the beds as we would normally and then move position to gain a more suitable sleeping position as I suffer from a back problem & Find it hard to sleep. She was very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about the products. No hard sell which is fantastic. I would recommend her and the Basingstoke store to friends and family. Overall Sammy made our shopping experience wonderful & easy. Brilliant service. Glad we visited the store.

When entering the store the assistant Carl came straight to us and offered assistance. He was attentive and do i d out what we wanted. He offered us pillows to allow us to try out the beds properly and also offered a cup of tea. He left us alone to browse and popped back every now and then to check if we needed any help. It was an enjoy a me shopping experience made better by Carl. It was a shock to learn that he had been in the job only 3 days. He certainly knew his stuff.
