As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted and welcomed by the salesman, who then asked if we were looking for anything specific, we replied yes and told him what we were after, he then explained the colour codes relating to the item and advised us on each product that we looked at without being at all pushy

I am not a fan of pushy salespeople and would more than likely walk out rather than buy something when approached by one but our salesperson was friendly and informative without a hard sell aggressive approach which was most welcome.

Greeted on arrival and then left to browse without pressure. Assistant on hand for any questions if needed. I only bought bedding on this visit, but will be returning shortly for my new bed.
