The lady who served us was really helpful and was willing to spend a lot of time to help us to make the right decision.

All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable without being pushy or in your face. We were made to feel welcome, informed of the range choices on offer, and then left to try the beds out as we saw fit. They were available to offer advice as required, made us a cup of tea and answered questions as needed. Whilst not far away we did not feel under pressure to buy but were impressed by the staff knowledge on all areas of the purchase from range to accessories. This left us feeling we had made an informed and good choice in the Tempur product we eventually chose. Quality and comfort. overall a great shopping experience.

Carl really took the time to listen to the size of the room and the space problems we have. He never tried to hard sell, he understood and guided us through pointing out the need for a bigger mattress and what was best for us. I would return to the store and felt I could trust Carl. Well done as I understand he has only been at the store a few weeks. 10 out of 10 for the service.

The sales assistant was very helpful and generally seemed interested in what we needed and our price range (showing us to the 20% sale) rather than trying to make us buy the most expensive top of the range mattress! Best of all she didn't make me feel pressured into buying something like some salespeople can do!

The sales assistants (Carl & Sammy) were friendly helpful and informative. Carl devoted a lot of time and energy to making sure we found exactly what was required to meet our needs. We were given several options to consider and each option was explained at great length.

Andrew sold the television bed really well and showed us all the positive attributes to it and how it works. All the staff were very friendly and made sure we felt right at home. Sammy provided us with pillows to try out the mattresses and offered us drinks as well. We wasn't rushed and sammy took her time making sure we was provided with everything we needed. We left the store feeling very satisfied with the service we was provided and now we can't wait to receive our new bed!
