I was highly satisfied by carl the sales assistant, very polite, great product knowledge, and no sales pressure. And I have one very happy wife.

Great customer service, excellent product knowledge. Very patient considering it took us ages to decide - we were torn between two. Very happy with our choice, we really didn't know what we were looking for before we went in

Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, Helped us get a bed sorted and ready in a very short time scale.

Sales person went out of his way to give me choice just a small order but his service was excellent. His advice and the way he served me - was not pushy. I will definitely go back for future requirements.

Was approached by friendly staff,but allowed to browse at our leisure. so did not feel pressured. was offered advice and options and other products. Also offered coffee which was a pleasant surprise. Beds not arrived yet so wont comment on them til they do. Staff who assisted us was Carl , a very pleasant helpful man.

I needed to buy a bed on a very limited budget on behalf of my daughter and son in law for delivery before Xmas. I had tried several other bed stockists but Dreams were the only company who a) could deliver on a Saturday and b) who worked with me to find a suitable frame and mattress within my budget. Special thanks go to Amber and Andrew at the Basingstoke store.

We were met as we came in and immediately directed to items relevant to our visit. We were offered refreshments and then given time and space to make up our minds. Everything was explained to us clearly and, though the cost was more than we had anticipated, we were satisfied that we were getting value for money. Your colleague was helpful and friendly throughout.

The service that was provided by Sammy was excellent. Sammy knew about all of the products that we have purchased. Sammy spent the whole time with us whist we were in store, made us drinks and provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced. Customer service is very important to me and Sammy made the whole experience simple friendly and professional.

I was on a budget and visited the store. Terri who served me was very knowledgable and all of the staff were friendly. When I explained to Terri that I was having to move home as a matter of urgency and needed a bed at a reasonable price she took into consideration my budget and recommended great products at no point did I feel like I was being a pain. Excellent staff and service!!
