We went in the store to have a look at a mattress but with the help of Carl Stephens ended up buying a full bed. Carl was very thorough in explaining everything, he was polite and courteous and offered us a cup of tea. He took the time to go through everything which resulted in us treating ourselves to a new bed.

Friendly and helpful service. Description and information given on mattresses and given time on our own to try the different types, and given further help when required. We did not feel rushed.

It was all down to the member of your staff that dealt with us- his name was Carl. We can genuinely say we have never dealt with a more professional and likeable sales person. He was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He listened and was not pushy and we felt he really knew his stuff. We were going to look around other stores and online but didn't because we wanted to buy from him. Very rare to come across people like that in retail these days. An asset to your store.

I ordered online. There was no availability to add the 8 year cover to an item that was under £400 and I wanted to pay finance. I rang and spoke to someone and they said that they did not know and advised me to go into store instead (which I did not want to do). I was unwilling to place the order with this person online at this point as I thought it strange that in the background I could here the television, which was one of the programmes about Border Control. I was not happy that my bank details would be safe to handover - so I asked to speak to a supervisor and the put me through (I presume the phone has an automated forwarding for this purpose). The new operator had to then manually take my order and during the call didnt realise that the terms and conditions had changed so that the mattress can be delivered to a room of my choice (she checked it and said the terms had changed since she last looked and apologised). I am now awaiting my finance to arrive and return in order to have the item delivered as agreed on Wed 9th Dec. Im just crossing fingers that this does not change as I have also had a text to confirm this.

Kevin was extremely helpful during our visit. For the information he didn't know he was able to find out quickly from a colleague. As a team they were extremely helpful.

Had been to various shops but Amber, the assistant, was extremely helpful and this certainly helped us to proceed to purchase a new bed.
