The Lady called Sally was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble . We tried several beds and pillows each with a good explanation from Sally .

Very good and quick service

Amber was a very helpful person responding to our questions without being a pushy sales person. She met all my expectations and did not over power us but let us make decisions at our own pace.

We visited initially just to test a few as we have been in need of a new mattress for a little while now, after finding a couple which we found comfortable and suited our needs we received help and useful assistance from Terri, she was really helpful and discussed our options if we were looking at purchasing. We are getting married in May 2016 so this was not really a purchase we had wanted to make before then due to the costs we have spent out recently, plus Christmas, but Terri said about the interest free option and had a chat with the store manager which has allowed us to make the purchase. So all in all it was a very good experience (considering not many people do actually enjoy spending large amounts) we had great help and have a mattress which should be well suited to our needs. Carl had time to discuss our needs where we were not sure at the outset. He provided us with the options and enabled us to make up our minds there and then.

We were offered assistance the moment we needed it, we immediately found the right bed and were encouraged to try others just to make sure it was the right bed.

Extremely courteous and patient tele sales operator

When we walked into the Basingstoke store we were greeted with a polite hello and initially left alone. We were then asked if we needed any help. We did and Carl was very attentive throughout. We were not pressured at anytime and he was very helpful and professional. If any of our friends are thinking of any new bedroom furniture we will reccomend Dreams to them.

Salesman was very helpful and recommended hopefully the correct mattress for my back problem
