Purchasing a bed for my teenage daughter. The salesman directed all the questions to her and treated her as the customer.

The person who provided assistance was polite, well mannered, enquired whether we needed any assistance or not without being pushy or forward. He listened carefully, played back my needs, made some recommendations and showed me whether the relevant products were. We were also shown the sleep station but I was interested in a particular kind of product for my circumstance. I tried it out, options and alternatives were explained; the process of buying was explained, payment options were explained and chosen from; Full explanations of what would happen and when were also provided. Other related products were described and added onto my order upon request. It was smooth, reasonably quick and though expensive, this is not because of Dreams, the product is renowned for its price. I was also provided with refreshments while I was trying out products which was also appreciated. Many thanks.

Tony listened to my husband's health issues and mattress requirements and then put him on the Sleepmatch which seems like a very useful innovation. He let us take our time to try each mattress, listened to our feedback, gave advice and left us alone to discuss our decision as long as we wanted. He made us a delicious coffee. The order/payment process was very quick. Altogether, an excellent experience

I'd already bought a Dreams mattress, in 2018, but had a fire in my home. Hence, this purchase was through highly satisfied past experience of the product and service. Yet again I was very happy with all this time.

Good display and plenty of available helpful staff

Went into dreams store Basingstoke the manger was very friendly helpful and what I appreciated was he asked what I needed Helped me with both my daughters beds and wasn’t pushy like some other places to make a sale.So for me the service was 10/10 because I’m happy and so are both my daughters thank you
