The assistant who assisted me was very knowledgeable and experienced in helping me select the correct mattress I required. She organised delivery and didn't try to sell me products I didn't require.

Kevin a new Dreams member of staff at the Hatch Warren Retail Park in Basingstoke. We asked lots of questions about the divans, mattresses the and colours they came in. We also asked about the firms of the mattresses. He knew all the answers. He was very knowledgeable considering he had only been with dreams for a very short time. He was very careful putting our order through as it was for quite a lot of money and my husband was checking the order as it went through. Kevin went through it all with us. He had one question, he asked his colleague, a lady with short brown hair who I thought looked a little scruffy. I had heard her serving a older couple and she was far too quick and did not explain anything to them they had to ask questions. She rushed them through. She did answer Kevin's question for us however. Our experience at Dreams was good as we were served by Kevin. This is our 2nd visit to Hatch Warren Retail Park in Basingstoke branch of Dreams. There is always plenty of choice in beds and mattresses.

We were looking to buy a new matress and visit your local store, the Dreams colleague was extremely helpful and after trying/testing a few matresses we decided on one and placed an order - all quite exciting !!
