Amber was kind, respectful and made the whole process very easy. there was no pressure to buy and I was encouraged to consider every aspect of a bed as both something improtant for my well being and for a piece of furniture

The guy Carl was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and assuring. He sold me the product I was not going to purchase anything on entry.

Although we had a good idea of what we were looking for the assistant(Sammy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and did not rush or pressurise us into making our final decision and subsequent purchase.
