Extremely satisfied due to experience of assistance from Angelika, Basingstoke store, Kempshott. Angelika couldn't be more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We was offered a cup of tea, which we declined, because of other appointments. We were not rushed, she had time for us and was just extremely helpful. Wish we could give her 10 out of 10. We felt confident if we had a problem, with our product we could go back to her, for help and assistance, which you can't often get anywhere else. In my husbands point of view, not being predijest she is old school and we felt she was confident in her work and knew exactly what she was doing.

We were approached by a member of staff called Angelika who was attentive but not pushy which we really appreciated. She spent a great deal of time with us explaining our options and being incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. She had good product knowledge and is a credit to the store.

Sales prices seemed reasonable and competitive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
