Samantha served us during our visit. She was polite, friendly and chilled out with none of the hard sell you often get. I was offered a coffee and was shown many different items that matched what we were looking for. Having decided the checkout process was quick and easy without hassle. Made the buying experience much better, and although it sounds stupid, much more fun than I thought it would be. Both her colleagues, Andrew and one another were also very helpful and polite.

Found Teresa very helpful and explained everything we had asked or needed to know about your products . Overall she was a great help and Iwould go back to basingstoke store again at hatch warren .

Carl was extremely helpful, guided us through various mattresses to find one that suited US not the shop which we have found in other shops Carl's manager was keeping an eye on him and his manager offering us assistance while Carl was making my wife a cup of tea, he even got a small table for her to put the cup on whilst trying beds. Both were very helpful and a credit to your store

The service and friendliness of all staff, but in particular Angelika West, was first class. We were offered a comprehensive range of products to sample and provided with excellent advice by Angelika who demonstrated a thorough knowledge of your product range. Although our original intention was to compare Dreams products offered with those of a competitor virtually next door we were so well treated that we lost any desire to go elsewhere. Well done and thank-you.

The shop assistant, Angelika who helped us was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave good advice. We would definitely go back and see her again.
