The person that delt with us in store was very helpful and friendly not over pushy which suited us. We were sorted out very quickly and the order was placed and a delivery date given.

I purchased a bed frame over the telephone. The gentleman who answered my query was Andrew. He was very polite, informative and extremely helpful. I was very interested in purchasing the Evert K Ottoman bedframe and Andrew was very knowledgeable and made my purchase very easy. He explained the process of purchasing over the phone very simple! Particularly as I was a little rusty on my knowledge. Very pleased with the service I received from Andrew!

went into our local dreams store with an idea of what mattress we wanted but with the help of the friendly store advisor we found an even better option for our needs. she had great product knowledge and was so helpful in finding out our specific needs. She guided us to a few different mattresses at various price point explaining advantages and disadvantages but all the time we both felt no pressure to purchase. without that pressure we both relaxed and enjoyed trying out various mattress and pillow option. After a while we chose a really comfortable mattress that suited our needs perfectly, and we decided to invest in some good quality pillows at the same. time. whilst we were finalising our choice sammy had pre-checked possible delivery dates and then once we had chosen she quickly booked without any fuss a definite date for delivery. the old mattress collection was so handy really saving us the hassle of disposing our old mattress. all in all we had a 10/10 experience within the store along with great products and competitive pricing topped off with superb customer service, we both would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to either friends or family. Kevin was very helpful and made sure that we were aware of all the options available to us, and what the different mattresses actually were. He was also very patient with us as we had our 2 children with us as well.

Amber assisted us find the right bed for us. Giving us time to try various options without the hard sell. She gave us just enough tech info on the mattresses which gave us a better 7nderstanding of the different products available.

Sammy who dealt with us was very friendly, professional and helpful. There was no sales push, her priority was to find the product that suited our needs. This she did with a high level of efficiency. My wife and I tend to be very quick to decide once we find what it is we need, Sammy was very good at listening to what it is we liked, did not like and providing the variable solutions for us to try. She was also very cheerful and fun which we appreciated. Very good service.

We felt welcomed straight away, but the colleague we had, Kevin, was not pushy or pressuring in any way but had an easy way about him. He had good knowledge of the products. He stayed close by but not so close that it was awkward. Kevin was not pushy with other products and made recommendations that felt natural but not forced. We were delighted with how quick we were in and out of the store with Kevin's assistance.
