Staff gave me a thorough demo of the bed TV and sound system working and gave me confidence in the staff setting things up on delivery as well as me streaming my music through the bed - which I didn't understand fully before

The colleague Angelica was friendly, polite, highly knowledgeable and had plenty of time to make sure i had want i wanted and needed.

The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.We were even given a cup of tea.Her name was Angelika at the Basingstoke store.Its a shame we were let down with the delivery!

Carl was extremely helpful, taking the time to listen to our reasons for wanting a Tempur product and addressing the corn syrup that we had, particularly about some of the reviews that we had read on web sites.

The assistant explained the differences between all the products we were looking at and also explained the good points and also the bad points but a no time pushed us into buying something that wasn't right for us.
