We were served by Sammy, product knowlage was great, friendly ,kind, couldn't ask any more. She was lovely.We were going to by from next door but our purchase had a lot to do with the sales assistant as prices were similar. She gave us a proper quote and the other store left off the extras ie,disposal ect. She also made a really nice cup of coffee to. Thank you Sammy.

The service was lovely and very enjoyable, no pushing for sale which is really nice.

Found the members of staff very helpful and friendly and could not do enough to make us feel at ease

Kevin who took are order was polite and very helpful nothing was to much trouble . the fact that you supply a green bag service is excellent takes the stress out of disposing of the old mattress. good parking at the basingstoke store . overall the excellent service took the problems away from buying a major home item thankyou

Speedy and friendly service. Item I wanted was £400 cheaper than the same thing in the store next door!

I found the assistant very professional and wanted to help in every way. But not to the point that made him a nuisance. He was polite in every way, full of information of the products available and made my wife and I at ease, when I finally found what I wanted, he told us he would make up the bill and advise me on the delivery date. I could not honestly find any fault at all. I feel sure that all your staff are of the same quality, but if not he was a credit to you.
