Very professional, store clean, tidy and well laid out. Staff very friendly, very understanding.. will definitely visit again with our needs and would recommend the excellent experience to friends and families.. The personal experience is what we have here and this is what online shopping can’t do..

The lady In the Basingstoke store (can’t remember her name). Was super helpful she put us on the special beds to get us the bast mattress. She then took us to all the mattresses that was suitable, then to the beds we wanted. She suggested a bed with under storage and that is what we chose. We got a bed and mattress for a reasonable price too. We were very impressed with the store.

We was approached when we entered the store, then left to browse around, offered tea and coffee while we were there, after a while offered assistance, the sales assistant had very good knowledge on all products nothing was to much trouble, her name was Leah. When we had found a bed we wanted and told Leah we would have to talk to my daughter about it as it was for her, she was very understanding and didn't try to push the sale on us there and then. We couldn't have asked for better assistance we had asked, she even gave us advised on the best mattress for us. I have never been so impressed with that quality of service, Leah is a credit to your company

We were served by a charming young man, Chris. My wife and I were surprised by his knowledge and enthusiasm. There was no hard sell, just a comfortable experience in choosing a bed. He showed us the computerised Dreams bed which helped us to make up our minds. The coffee was also good! Without challenge, Chris allowed us to go away and think about our special purchase. When we returned we were immediately greeted in a warm manner by Chris. We agreed the purchase and a delivery day was also swiftly agreed. Altogether, one of our very best shopping experiences over the las few years. Well done Dreams!

The sales person Angelika was extremely helpful and we were assessed on the Sleepmatch bed which pointed us to the right mattress to buy

Jim at the Basingstoke store was very friendly and good at his job , he knew his product. Purchasing was quick and easy and everything was explained.
