Dreams - Basingstoke

My partner and I entered the store and were given a nice amount of time before someone came and asked if we needed any help (some companies are too quick to ask if you need help when you just want to have a look around together first). After about 5-8 minutes of having a nice browse, we were greeted by the very friendly face of Angelika. She asked if there was anything she could help with and if we had any idea of what we were after. I explained that I was looking to replace everything, bed, mattress, pillows, duvet and that I'd already seen a bed online that I liked. She took us over to the bed that I had seen online and showed me some of its features, which I didn't actually know about which was great! After having a good look at the bed, we moved onto mattresses. I was most impressed with Angelika's service here.. She was able to gauge, very well, the sort of mattress we were after from my very poor and vague description. We tried a few different ones, however the first one she suggested was spot on. When going through our order everything was double checked to ensure we were happy with it and we were offered tea and coffee, which although we didn't have, was a sweet gesture.

We found Sammy very knowledgable and helpful, even down to sorting out a pillow for us to use when trying out the beds.

Excellent advice from Terri and her colleagues and friendly and efficient service from all the staff in the store.

We did not feel rushed, the assistance was attentive, polite and answered all our questions. There was no hard selling, gave us enough time to think through our choices and options.

Terri took us around every bed with a pillow to try out and made us a lovely cup of tea

I went to dreams because I was unsure of which mattress would suit us both and after trying several with a very patient assistance helping us to decide we made our choice and so far are very happy. His name was Carl.

We were carefully guided through the options available for what we were looking for.

Carl who supported us with our purchase was great. This is the third dreams shop we have been to in our speech for a bed and he was the only person that we wanted to purchase from. He was very helpful.
