the sale's assistant was very professional polite and friend and made my visit easy going and pleasant.

because of the professional way the sales assistant conducted herself,and didn't rush me and gave me very good advice regarding the products l was purchasing,and the friendliness and polite manner of the sales assistant was outstanding.

Mostly the help from the staff, notably Dan. He was very helpful and his knowledge of the poducts and their virtues was very good. also, other staff we met during our vist were very friendly and helpful. In fact the whole experience of our trip to Dreams was very pleasurerable and not a chore or a hassle.

Andy the sales man was excellent all the time we were in the store we got all we wanted and we went Back the next day, and brought more goods to the value of £397 as well as the £401.99p we brought The day before. My wife and I both thought your store in Basingstoke and the staff especially Andrew We're great,and we will certainly go shopping there again. Yours sincerely R J Henderson
