Dan who helped me was very patient and helpful. He knew about the products and advised me on purchasing two different mattresses. All this o a Saturday when they were short of staff and he was juggling me with other clients!

We purchased a Dreams guest bed with trundle in March. During this time we were served by Angelika in the Dreams store and received an excellent service. We were very impressed by her knowledge and she was extremely helpful, which was also very useful in making our decision.

Bought before knew I would have good service

Terri the sales assistant was very polite, she listened to our requirements and had excellent knowledge of the products available.

Dan was highly professional, knowledgeable and very helpful from the get go. He was absolutely terrific and helped us choose products which met our needs. We walked out of the store with a big smile on our faces. Thank you Dan and all the team members at the Dreams store in Basingstoke.

Angelika offered assistance very quickly. We told her that we were looking to purchase an Ottoman (although we didn't know they were called that at the time!) and she showed us all of them, identifying to us which would likely best meet our needs within our price range. She took time to understand what mattress we would like and showed us three options. She offered us a care package, saying that there was a free mattress protector. When she realised that the mattress protector was actually on a slightly different deal, she arranged for the manager to give it to us free due to her error without our having to ask. She was also upbeat when her computer crashed and let her down whilst entering my information to arrange the finance package, we were given tea by another member of staff whilst she re-entered our details on an alternative machine. She made the experience very enjoyable and we will be back!

Very knowledgable assistant

The friendliness of the staff was great.Samantha was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products she was selling and very helpful.The coffee was also very welcome supplied by her colleague,Carl.Their combined efforts were welcome and not too over the top.

I was given the item at ticket price although the computer system priced it higher.
