My requirement was dealt with swiftly nice & easy

Informative, attentive and friendly staff.

We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant at the door. He offered us a hot drink and gave us pillows to try out with the beds. He asked us what we were looking for with regards to beds and then pointed out the ones he felt were suitable. Very helpful and not at all pushy.

I was very happy with my experience at dreams. The staff were very helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be going back to dreams when, when we need a new bed.

The assistant who served us was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find what we wanted. She was helpful when we came to order the bed as well.

The sales assistant (Teresa) knew her products / mattresses, pillows etc and helped us find the product which was right for us.

Carl the assistant was extremely helpful.mas I was purchasing the bed for my disabled father he told me about the VAT claim back scheme which I took advantage of. He explained delivery times and process

Terri the shop advisor took the time listen to our requirements and helped us find the mattress to suit us best. She also put up with our two bored children and gave them jobs to do :)
