I thought Andrew the assistant who dealt with my husband and I, was very knowledgeable not pushy and was very helpful. You don't see that class of service given by this assistant much these days. So please thank him on our behalf! Let's hope Dreams bed and mattress lives up to his excellence.

Friendly, very helpful and good product knowledge.

We spoke to Terri (Teresa) in the Basingstoke Hatch Warren store who was very helpful and patient with us while we explored all the options available. We were even given a cup of tea which really helped after a morning's shopping :-). Terri had great knowledge of the products and was able to guide us in the right direction. We have now made our purchase and are highly satisfied now that we have used the product for the first week.

Carl was very helpful and helped me quickly.

The colleague who served us, Carl, was very understanding of our needs and wants, and gave enough information to help us understand what we may be looking for, without forcing his opinion on us. He took the time to offer myself a drink, and allowed my pregnant wife to use the staff toilet facilities. He also put the effort in to ensure we had the best cost possible without compromising on quality.

Didn't feel pressured at any point and was made to feel welcome and was given good advice.

Our sales assistant Teresa (Terri) was very helpful and knowledgeable from purchasing the bed the bedding and mattress protector. The sale was very quick including the 0% finance agreement.
