Samantha spent a lot of time suggesting good idea of what bed to use considering I have a lower back problem and find the right mattress for me the bed frame I had pretty much decided on before arrival I just wanted to compare the two in store. After comparing the price of two mattresses and discussing over a nice cup of tea, I decided on what would be best for me in the long run. When I move and look to get a larger bed I happily go back to dreams

Andrew and Sammi at the basingstoke store are absolute credits to your company. I had never purchased a bed before and made the mistake of buying online without initially trying the mattress or measuring the bed, my lesson has been learnt trust me! Upon delivery of the bed i went into the dreams store to try and rectify my mistake and Andrew made it extremely easy for me calmed me down and assured me that he would be able to help as he didn't want me to be stuck with a bed i did not like and that was not comfortable. We sat down and he phoned head office for me and arranged for the bed to be taken away and for that order to be cancelled then he took me round all the mattresses in the store and got me to try all of them he showed me the beds that were available I chose the bed that i wanted but went away and came back later with my partner (for his approval) and then made my purchase. Sammi also assisted and was fabulous and friendly to talk to whilst we waited for Andrew to become free and we completed the purchase. I am extremely happy and i will never ever buy a bed online again without testing it.

Assistant (Terri) was very helpful and knowledgeable

I was met with a very smiley face her name is Angelika. Her knowledge of the products was amazing. I told her of my difficulty with a very uncomfortable mattress and she pointed me in the right direction of my needs and funds that I had available. I told her that I needed to explore from a competitor and she thanked me for my honesty. I went to the competitor but it took me just 2minutes to return and place my order. My new mattress came today, delivered by two very helpful young men. From this day forward I will always use Dreams and have no hesitation in recommending this company to all my friends. Thank you all so much at Dreams you are fab xxxx
