We were the only ones in the shop. The assistant was very friendly and we bought a bed and enjoyed the experience.

We were highly satisfied with service, and knowlegde Sammy gave us, she allowed us to try different types of bed. she made us fill comfortable and not rushed us into makin our decission. also had a lovely cup of tea

Terri was very helpful as well as other colleagues that supported her. the one item I strongly suggest is the there is a display unit for the Children's bedding covers, not just on the beds as you would get great children walkthrough and the parents would follow leading potential sales. secondly can I suggest a colour hardness rating to be displayed and so it is easy for customers to see and feel and select.

We were served by someone who had a good knowledge of the products we wanted, was attentive, but not over-the-top pushy

Very helpful and friendly staff. Greeted on arrival and offered a cup of tea while I browsed. I explained what I was looking for and was given advice and guidance on the best match.

Visited store twice both times Andrew was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure the bed was right for us. Also answer all my questions fully, on my second visit to order Andrew was able to price match and also help with finance a pleasure to buy from.

The product we bought could be as versatile as we wanted and was good value for money
