Angelika was extremely helpful, I suffer with a bad back and therefore need to be really careful about which mattress I select, Angelika asked the right questions to ascertain what I actually needed and then showed me a selection of mattresses and also explain about your 40 night comfort exchange which is very re-assuring as it is a big expenditure and you want it to be right.

Rylan served me and my wife, I guess he's relatively new so took a little longer with the computer work, but nevertheless he was courteous, and helpful and patiently helped us choose new pillows. I ended up spending twice as much as planned!
