Dreams - Basingstoke

Rylan was very helpful, as was the store Manager (sorry, his name escapes me at the moment!). Staff listened but didn't over sell and were friendly and helpful without being over bearing. When we asked for a few minutes to discuss between ourselves, we weren't hounded or pressured.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because of the amazing one to one service we got from Sammy. However, it did take a long time to get round to completing our order and this seemed to be down to the availability of tills and desks, increasing the availability of these services would have made the visit much better.

the lady I delt with was very friendly and helpful with out being pushy. she listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me at a higher prise infact if she had been there last year I might have bought new beds then.

I was served quickly and with expert knowledge on what I required

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and very approachable . The store was well set out clean and tidy and light. The staff I saw were also very friendly and your were made welcome.

Sally who served us was a pleasure to meet and couldn't have asked for more. These days service like hers is a rare thing.

Dan at the Hatch Warren store was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us drinks and was very patient with our 2 young children who were eager to test out all the beds!

did not expect to buy a bed on this day just went to look. When we entered the shop we were greeted very well and given advice on mattress we were the left to look around which my husband likes he does not like to be hassled one we see want we wanted the assistant looked after use very well
