The sales assistant was excellent. I was buying a bed for my 11 year old son and he was with me. The sales assistant treated him as the customer and fully engaged him in all of the decisions which was great to see as many stores would just ignore the children. He really enjoyed the whole process whereas normally shopping with an 11 year old is torture! We will be buying a new bed for my husband and I next year and will be going back to the Basingstoke branch without hesitation.

Carl, from Sales Team very helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy which puts us off. He still has to email or deliver code to activate Tempur 15 year guarantee, but otherwise very satisfied, we are now awaiting delivery of mattress arranged for next Friday.
