Super friendly manager was so helpful and he made us feel completely at home and very welcome even making us a cup of coffee. Atmosphere was very relaxed but also highly professional and we even had a few jokes and some banter along the way. Knowledge of products was impressive but not pushy and we felt very secure buying our bed here. We looked next door in bensons and came back to dreams because the manager was so nice there. Keep it up guys. I have been buying beds from you for 20 yrs and won't ever go to another company.

Carl was very helpful and attentive and showed us a wide variety of beds and mattresses at different price levels as well as other items that wre available.

Andrew the store manager was friendly relaxed and professional he made us feel welcome demonstrated the mattress and made a recommendation he supplied advice on extras and processed the sale in good humour perfect customer service from start to finish

Samantha was very helpful, whilst giving us space to decide on the right mattresses for us (with two teenagers that can take some time!). She was friendly and helpful and explained options well. Another colleague even made me a coffee whilst I was waiting for my kids to make decisions. I did not feel pressured to spend more than I could afford, which was a welcomed approach. In addition I was very pleased that delivery would be within 2 days, a bonus as I thought it would be more like 2 weeks. I think I would prefer the delivery charge included in the price and then told 'free' just psychological really, but always feels annoying to add extra to the bill that wasn't expected. Great store, people and service. I will go back when time to get a new bed and mattress for me!

Friendly professional staff with excellent product knowledge

I work in customer service myself (Cabin Crew). Rylan Martin was extremely professional & knowledgeble of the products in store. In addition to this he was very smart, warm & welcoming and for this reason I would definitely be visiting the store again and also will recommend to friends & family.

Staff were friendly and easy to talk too.
