Dreams - Basingstoke

We really was satisfied with our visit as it was late, and we had our 2 year old son with us who started getting abit grumpy and the guy that served us was really good with him , gave him a ballon. The man even stayed after closing time to help us, he explained very well all about the products we brought and was very patient. We came in knowing exactly what bed we wanted and he had shown us more about the 20% off which made us more inclined to buy it. So thank you very much to dreams. We defiantly will be back as we will need to get beds for our child too :)

Our visit was very calm and relaxed with plenty of useful help and information.

Carl served me and he was brilliant, couldn't ask for better help and assistance

Samantha was very helpful,and knowledgeable about the products.She offered us tea or coffee,and changed a matress on one of the beds to allow us to try it for comfort and softness. We ordered a medium soft matress,but changed our minds,and phoned to change the order to a soft matress after we got home.There was no problem with this.Samantha did it straight away.

Great customer service Sammy was very good with helping me out with beds and mattresses etc and her knowledge was really good and reassuring. I would defiantly but from dreams again.

The Sales Exec, Thomas, whilst new, was helpful and understanding throughout the process. It was a shame that the bed we originally chose was not available, so we decided to opt for a second choice.

The service was excellent and of a high standard, very friendly but proffessional aswell. Was not too pushy.

Sammy helped us on two occasions - first when we came in to research and think more about our options, and finally when we came back to buy. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, didn't waste our time and we know that thanks to her guidance we are in the right bed, with the right mattress, with all the right options. We would like to thank her specifically for being so welcoming, and even remembering all about us despite a 2 month gap between our visits.
