Dreams - Basingstoke

The member of staff (Angelika) was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. The showroom was very well laid out. The product was very well priced for my budget. Overall a very satisfactory shopping experience. I give this a 10/10.

After browsing around and chosen a bed we were shown all the mattress options and able to make a decision. We were offered tea and chose a suitable delivery date. Carl was very helpful and we weren't rushed. The delivery conditions suited us.

Hi, as we walked into the shop Andrew came over and explained the layout of the shop and the different types of mattress and left us alone to look around for a while, after trying a few beds he came back to us asked us what type of mattress we wanted and directed us to a few different types he thought would suit our needs, which was very helpful as he showed us different price ranges to. we went to bensons for beds to get some comparisons they were nowhere near as good, the service from Andrew was great, freindly, helpful and didn't feel at all pushy with the sale.

Good, helpful efficient service including being offered coffee. Plenty of information and choice available.

Good choice of products and very helpful staff, we all know sales assistants are there to make a sale but Carl took the time to understand what I was looking for and was more than patient with helping me look at all the options. Value of the product was good.

Me and my partner have been looking at wardrobes for weeks. We agreed on what we wanted but couldn't seem to find it. A couple of other stores were so pushy we never returned. On entering Dreams we couldn't see at first what we were looking for, we were asked if ok and shown products on sale without being hassled . After a few moments we were greeted again offering assistance. The assistant Carl was very helpful, providing information to help see if it fitted. Alternative colours available etc. We were actually, finally getting somewhere. After weeks of visiting most shops that sold wardrobes. Carl was exceptionally helpful guiding us and other staff members helped too. Very very pleased all round.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a lovely member of the Dreams staff called Sammy who explained everything to us with regards to the different types of mattresses. she was very knowledgeable and friendly and run through all the different types of mattress and different payment options etc. another member of staff made my wife and I a cup of coffee and also kept are little baby amused with a balloon. overall we came away having place an order for a mattress, 2 x pillows, and protector very pleased indeed. Cant wait for the mattress to be delivered now. will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.
