Sammy greeted us after we had looked around and did not push herself on us. She listened to the specific needs we have as my husband has had a stroke and has left sided weakness. She explained all our options, provided pillows and supported us to try mattresses in our own time and was very patient. She made us coffee and allowed us to discuss costs, weigh up options for payment and explained about mattress cover, cost of pillows but did not make us feel pressurised into making a purchase. Excellent service, hence we made a much more expensive purchase than we had planned to.

The chap that dealt with our family (rylan) was cheery, informative and not too pushy. Offered help that was appreciated and pointed out offers. We also went on to purchase further items after paying for the sofa bed thanks to his help.

We were asked as to our requirements & advised of the various options available. Having tried several mattresses & advised as to their various qualities, we received friendly & constructive assistance in making our choice.

Me and my partner came in looking for a good quality storage bed with mattress. We were kindly greeted by Carl who explained all of our options and the prices for each product as well as a drink offer of Tea and Coffee. He adhered to our needs and requirements and was not your typical pushy sales guy! He made sure we took our time selecting our goods and was always there for further questions and advice. We feel very happy with our purchase today and could not fault Carl in anyway shape or form! Thankyou so much for your patience and we will be back again! Great credit to Dreams. We were greeted by staff as soon as we walked in the store and asked if we needed assistance. Carl spent a lot of time understanding our needs, showing us options and helping us through the decision process. He wasn't fazed at all by our boisterous and noisy twin boys and went of his way to show them things to keep them entertained while viewed the various options. We returned to the store several days later to make a purchase and Carl remembered us and helped to process our paperwork and payment efficiently, whilst continuing to show us other beds. Great customer service and a good salesman
