Sales advisor was friendly but not pushy and helped us to choose but didn't try to persuade us to buy a more expensive product.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and genuine friendliness of Sammy your colleague. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she answered all questions and showed me lots of options for my particuar needs. I even received a cup of coffee.

Carl the Salesperson that served us had a friendly and amiable nature. He displayed a very. good depth of knowledge of the products on display. After giving us a reasonable time to assess the beds we were shown Carl completed the sale quickly and efficiently. Carl was polite and friendly throughout the sale from start to finish.

The personalised service was very efficient and very friendly without being overbearing. The assistant appeared to be very knowledgable and helpful and even when the computer system seemed slow she was very calm and put our mind at rest as she confirmed delivery details later over the phone.

We visited 3 bedding stores today, the first one was dreams, and the helpfulness from the staff was lovely, we then went and looked at more beds at the other stores, well we found that Dreams was the store we wanted to give our business to, 1) Your assistant CARL was brilliant with us, he made us feel important, he didn't rush us we felt at ease whilst we chose THE bed, and we were offered a cup of tea/coffee, and as we are retired it was a lovely gesture.

i went in with a specific request regards to a pillow - i was shown lots of variety and given advice. I was offered a drink also. My concerns were taken seriously and felt i was given the best pillow for my needs.

Excellent customer service. The availability and choice of products was very good compared to other stores( different brand ). Very short lead time for delivery.
