Easy purchase and good customer service

Now I'm not one to leave a review but I've got to share this great experience. Me and my Fiancé made a trip to Dreams today at 16:45 to get a feel for a new bed, aware that the store closed at 17:00. We were quickly greeted by Rylan at the Basingstoke store who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Rylan spent his time showing us around and even offered a drink. We found a bed and mattress which was perfect for us but time was tight. Rylan went out of his way and stayed after closing hours, we ended up leaving the store at 18:15. What a lad.

The lady that helped us was super friendly an she had excellent knowledge of the products.

Looking for a mattress which is an investment purchase so I had shopped around. On entering Dreams I wasn't jumped on straight away maybe because it was busy but I was approached in good time. Sammy took time to listen to me answer my questions and, in turns out that the immediate product that's sprang to her mind as the best for me I dismissed without trying, without forcing me to consider we tried different products with me finally asking to try the one I'd dismissed. Her manner was fantastically friendly, knowledgable and not a hard sell. The other staff also were lovely and it felt like a genuine friendly atmosphere

Carl took care to assess our requirements and preferences and selected appropriate products to study. Knowledge was encyclopaedic.
