Shaun and Rachel would Love to thank Carl at the hatch warren retail park, basingstoke for making us feel very welcome and making us fully aware what was on offer for us, his knowledge and patience helped us loads, we placed a very large order with you guys and we will be back to see carl for more in the future once we have purchased our new house, we are very pleased overall and felt like we were treated as an individial, andrew also helped us with the final details so made it all very easy for us, thank you

Staff, we're incredibly helpful from the start and looked up my last order from 4 years ago to find the equivalent mattress we wanted. They took time to find out our needs and recommend products based on our conversation. We found exactly what we wanted.

Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable without being annoying or slick. He answered our questions and took time with us. My husband even said he was a good sales person. He offered tea and brought pillows for us and did not push us even though we arrived late in the evening. He was professional and easy to work with. The price was more than we had thought to pay but the bed was excellent and we never felt rushed trying it again and again. Carl made good suggestions with the bed cover and warranty which we also purchased. We never felt sold to but were able to make our own decisions based on our preferences. Thanks to Carl we did not regret our purchase after leaving the store.

Helpful friendly staff a good range of products.The options we were given with regard to what we wanted to purchase.

We came away with a product that we are both delighted with. Also the 40 day returns option is a great option. The staff were all friendly and seemed to work very well as a team.

On entering the store I was greated by a friendly sales person. Asked what I was looking for. He asked if I had back problems and advised on the sort of mattress that would help. ( he was not pushy and gave good advise )
