Me and my husband was very satisfied with the service, very friendly staff, offered and made us a cup of tea, was very knowledgeable, was offered all the other offers if we wanted them, but overall very happy with the service and experience there

We only went to the store on a fact finding mission but after the intervention from Rylan (the salesman) and his in depth knowledge of the products we were looking for, along with his professional approach we ended up buying exactly what we wanted....and more in store.

The salesman rylan greeted us with a smile .we knew what we wanted and he showed us all the options,supplying us with specific pillows and offering us drinks.his knowledge seems to be extensive and a credit to the company.

My experience at this dreams was very impressive because I was greeted politely and asked if I needed assistance. As I went one day and returned the next both sales persons were very helpful with their knowledge and possible suggestions for my requirements without being pushy. Tea and coffee offered. Big plus when trying to choose something as important as a bed as one didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying something quickly. Once decided, my order was completed quickly and competently ensuring I understood everything before signing the necessary paperwork. Carl was friendly, knowledgable and was not pushy at all. We felt at ease with him and felt he listened to us and our needs.

Lovely staff very friendly, offered drinks as soon as arrived. I asked for water and received an ice cold bottle of water which I thought was a great touch! Beds were all in good condition, nice clean and tidy store. Overall very pleased with my experience and can not wait to receive my bed!
