Our assistant was most informative very helpful went the extra mile and mist if all had a sense if humour well done.

We were immediately met by Anne who simply was a "Dream" to deal with. She constantly offered both me & my son a drink as we were in the store for a while. Anne also offered us a pillow to use as I tried many beds & was happy to carry it around.She was very keen to know exactly what my requirements were and at no point did I feel pressured. Her enthusiasm was without reproach and I'm glad that we met. Her patience did not waiver. She was very happy that we made our purchase but more for me than her and it did not go unnoticed. Quite simply "World Class Customer Service", simply the best. Thank you Anne. The manager Andrew was also very accommodating and both worked very hard to get the delivery date that was best suitable to me.

The quality of service was exceptional from Anne. A new member of staff but had quite clearly knew her job and could not have been more helpful. Every question we asked was answered. A variety of beds were shown to us so we were able to make a good choice. We have used Dreams before and would recommend to other people looking for a bed. Quality of beds is of a high standard and we did not look elsewhere before purchasing. Thank you

Very straightforward process, although there was a problem paying by card which had a different address to the location where the product was being delivered too . the overall experience was quick and effortless to an extent.

Myself and my husband were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Angelika, and assisted us straight away. She was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses we looked at, letting us try a varied range in store, also trying different pillows as well. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase, and Angelika was on hand for any questions we had, and was of great help to us with her knowledge. Tea and coffee was also offered to us, which was a nice gesture. Once we had decided on which mattress we wanted, Angelika ran through all the details, making sure we underStood everything. All in all a pleasant experience.
