Dreams - Basingstoke

We were greeted by a friendly assistant who went out of her way to help us find the right mattress. We were never made to feel like we had to hurry up and she gave good advise. We had been to Bensons first and we're never asked if we needed help or acknowledged so we're so happy to find a dreams next door ! Would never go anywhere else now, it's good to know that when we need a new duvet etc in the near future you will be able to help, never usually know where to start.

Carl obviously knew his business and was able to address all our questions and inform us of other options. The store was busy and had a good atmosphere staff had a good sense of humor

It was nice dealing with a pleasant assistant who knew what she was selling.

We were given lots of information and this helped us to make a good choice.

Sammy was very helpful and kind. She helped me choose the bed and she fully and clearly answered all my questions and concerns I have had.

Staff were not pushy trying to get a sale. We were acknowledged and the allowed to look around until we felt we needed help.

We needed a bed to provide support and comfort for two completely different body types , also to relieve pressure and stiffness for my wife ,whom spends a large quantity of time in bed due to illness. Another problem was that we need a bed that is compatible with a heated blanket. Ryan our assistant at Dreams in Basingstoke, not only found a bed that was compatible for us both, ( and we spent a lot of time prior to this visit), but he also took the time to research and contact the supplier as to our blanket issue.

Rylan was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He was also great with our children. He helped us from start to finish.
