Assistant who served was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to wait to be served, he answered all my questions, gave me his full attention and dealt with the transaction quickly and efficiently.

The Sales person was extremely helpful in comparing products and encouraging us to try each of the beds to decide which gave the right level of comfort to suit us both. There was no pressure to make a choice and every effort made to ensure that we made the right choice for the right reasons. Nothing was too much trouble in explaining what was available and showing us each product and the variations available. We were also invited to have a coffee which helped make the experience enjoyable.

Customer service is important and this is something that shone through from the moment I entered the Basingstoke branch. I arrived 15 mins before the store was due to close on a Sunday with my 11 month old child in tow. The assistant didn't brush us off or hurry us along instead took the time to understand our needs and make informed decisions about what we wanted. We also wanted a short delivery time and this was also arranged buy the shop assistant. It was a truly outstanding piece of customer service which makes shopping for large expensive items so much better and all of this ahead of a certain international football game on a Sunday evening.

This is my 4th or even 5th purchase from Dreams and second visit to the Hatch Warren store. Carl and his colleagues were super helpful and understanding as I changed my order twice. It is extremely refreshing to meet people who really understand customer service. They are a joy to deal with - well done to them all at Hatch Warren. Thank you.

Rylan was very informative taking time to show us and encourage us to try out all the different types of mattresses on sale, and in varying price ranges. He gave just the right amount of tecnical information about the mattresses that allowed us to understand the differences without getting overwhelmed. The offers available were good, and the sales process was smooth with only 7 days to wait until delivery. Wonderful service from Rylan!

Sammy was extremely helpful on my first visit to check out mattress options. Then on returning with my daughter, who the mattress was for, again she was polite, welcoming, and helped me.

The Dreams Rep was highly knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to help us make the right choice. He was patient and even offered us a drink, which was a nice touch!

The sales man took note of our requirement then offered us every type of mattress in the range from the least expensive to the most expensive. He was very thorough in explaining the differences and made our choice easy.
