The assistant was friendly and informative and took his time. My daughter never felt rushed into a decision and the different types of mattresses were clearly explained along with pillows, protectors, etc. The assistant made us feel valued whatever the price we were going to buy and never did I feel he wanted to be elsewhere or did his attention waiver - and of course we did up buying a slightly pricier mattress than first expected! - but it was the right choice.

Staff were not pushy like other shops around in this field. No pressure salesman ship (which I like) We had been in twice before "just looking" and this is the main reason we came back to purchase here. Friendly helpful. Knowledgeable staff especially Anne Churches. Lovely lady. Knows her products. If I were to buy beds again in the future I would be back here 1st. Great store. Keep up the good work. Lovely coffee.

An assistant met us and greeted us at the door asked what it was we were looking to purchase and then explained about all the different mattresses expertly. Our purchase was straight forward and very smooth.
